The cap and gown ceremony took place in downtown New York City, New York at the distinguished New York Marriott Hotel on 6th and Broadway.  Dr. Mancin was inducted and awarded his fellowship along with 41 other dental and medical colleagues.

Dr. Mancin is currently one of 413 members world-wide to have received this distinguished award and recognition.  He is the only dentist in not only the Kansas City metropolitan area but the entire state of Missouri to have completed the requirements necessary for the advanced recognition.

Dr. Mancin states, "I am very honored that the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics felt I was worthy enough to be a part of their organization and to be recognized with some of the great names in cosmetic and esthetic dentistry".

This is the second fellowship and accreditation that Dr. Mancin has earned in the discipline of cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.  In 2001 he was accredited by the American Academy of Dental & Facial Aesthetics and in 2003 he was awarded his fellowship after having completed and presented over 100 cosmetic cases to his peers for critique and review.
